OVERVIEW

Bleep Test Lite effortlessly enables you to perform a bleep test. An on-screen running man illustrates real-time progression of the test, displaying the VO2 Max, total distance, current stage, and laps as you run.

BLEEP TIMING

Precise timing during the bleep test is crucial for accurately assessing individual player fitness. Our range of bleep test apps guarantees accurate bleep timings to 1/100th of a second, as tested on iPhone and iPod Touch devices.
